We’re thrilled to share some exciting news – on December 10th, we’re introducing new functionality to Accelo's Email Sending Service, and we can't wait for you to experience it. Get ready to take your email communications to the next level!

This highly anticipated feature will allow you to send emails directly from Accelo through your preferred email integration, such as Gmail or Microsoft 365, unlocking a host of benefits that enhance your communication, security, and reliability.

What is the Email Sending Service?

Our newly improved Email Sending Service is designed to help you track and manage all your business communications seamlessly, whether you’re in the office or on the go. By connecting your Gmail or Microsoft 365 account to Accelo, every email you send from Accelo will now appear in your regular email account’s “Sent” folder. Here are just a few ways it will make life easier:

• Unified Conversation Tracking: Emails sent through Accelo will now show up in your Gmail or Microsoft 365 “Sent” folder, ensuring you can track conversations consistently across all devices.
• Improved Email Security: Emails sent via your integrated account will utilize your existing security protocols (such as SPF and DMARC), reducing the likelihood of your emails being flagged as spam.
• Enhanced Reliability: Thanks to Gmail and Microsoft 365’s reliable infrastructure, you’ll enjoy dependable uptime. In the rare case that your email provider encounters an issue, Accelo steps in as a backup to ensure your emails reach their destination.

Getting Started with the Email Sending Service

Using the Email Sending Service is simple - here’s how to get started in just a few easy steps:

1. Connect Your Account: Head over to your “My Integrations” page in Accelo, and connect your Gmail or Microsoft 365 account.
   

If you've already connected your account, you'll need to re-connect it to take advantage of the new features. Click the “Disconnect” button, and then connect your account.

2. Start Sending Emails with Confidence: Once connected, you’re all set! Emails sent from Accelo will automatically route through your integrated Gmail or Microsoft 365 account, appearing in your regular “Sent” folder.
